About the Role
- Location: Earlswood, Redhill
- Salary: £12.31 per hour
- Hours: 36.75 per week
- Working pattern: Wednesday to Sunday (rest days Monday and Tuesday)
- Pay rates: £12.31 per hour (Monday–Friday), £18.46 per hour (Saturday–Sunday)

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll join a supportive site team and play an important role in helping the public recycle responsibly and reduce waste going to landfill. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll contribute to safe, efficient and environmentally responsible site operations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing friendly, helpful customer service and supporting visitors to use the site safely
- Keeping your areas of responsibility clean, tidy and well‑organised
- Advising and assisting the public to maximise recycling and recover as many materials as possible
- Maintaining accurate records of material movements and completing administrative tasks as required
- Ensuring full compliance with Health and Safety legislation and SUEZ policies to protect colleagues, customers and the wider communityWhat We’re Looking For

- A flexible approach, with the ability to support colleagues by covering holiday or sickness when needed

- Willingness to undertake training, including waste acceptance and equipment operation
- Basic administration skills to record data accurately
