About the role

  • You will be working at our Fareham Depot, Enterprise Park, Military Road, P016 8TU.
  • You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
  • You will be earning £25,692.80, up to 3% bonus and SUEZ benefits
  • You will be working towards a Level 3 - Customer Service Specialist qualifications.
About the role

What will I be doing?

In this customer-focused role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our services run smoothly and that every customer receives a positive and professional experience. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals at any career stage including recent graduates and those exploring an entry‑level path who want to develop strong communication, problem‑solving, and account management skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming customer calls and providing clear, friendly support
  • Liaising with both internal teams and external customers to resolve queries efficiently
  • Working closely with depots to coordinate service delivery
  • Running and reviewing report data to support day‑to‑day operations
  • Making courtesy calls to customers when service issues arise and supporting primary account management activities

This role is well suited to people who enjoy multitasking, building relationships, and contributing to a service that supports our wider sustainability and operational goals.
