About the role

What will I be doing?

As an Administrator within our South East Administration Team, you’ll play an important role in supporting customers and colleagues across SUEZ. This is a great opportunity for anyone seeking an entry‑level or early‑career role, including recent graduates, who want to develop professional skills while contributing to a business focused on sustainability and positive environmental impact.

You’ll handle customer queries and requests through our CRM system, ensuring that every interaction is helpful, efficient, and aligned with our values.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering excellent customer service and acting as a first point of contact for enquiries.
  • Managing incoming phone calls and written correspondence, logging customer queries accurately and directing them to the right teams.
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues at all levels to help customers receive swift, accurate resolutions.
  • Monitoring response times for internal customer disputes to support a high-quality service and uphold SUEZ company values.
  • Carrying out general office administration and contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture.

In this role, you’ll gain exposure to different areas of the business, benefit from structured development opportunities, and be part of our succession planning. We also offer competitive pay and an internal bonus scheme.

What are the requirements?

We’re looking for individuals who enjoy helping others and can communicate clearly and confidently. This role suits people of all ages and backgrounds, whether you’re starting your career, returning to work, or looking to apply existing experience in a new environment.

You’ll be a great fit if you can:

  • Build positive relationships and resolve queries with patience and professionalism.
  • Work efficiently, managing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Use Microsoft applications (beneficial but not essential).
  • Bring a proactive, supportive attitude to a busy administrative environment.

Essential:

  • GCSE Maths and English at grade C (4) or above.

Desirable:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of the waste management or sustainability sector (helpful, but not required, we offer full training).
  • A driving licence is desirable due to the site’s location. However, there is local public transport available, with a short walk required to reach the site.

Our commitment to inclusion

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. If you’re enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service and supporting a purpose‑driven organisation, we would love to hear from you.
We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace. If you need reasonable adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process, please let us know, we are happy to support you.
