Our Business Administration Apprenticeship role is brand new for 2018, offering the candidate a great opportunity to learn and develop with SUEZ as a company.

The responsibility of emails and correspondence with clients will be dealt with confidentiality along with filing, scanning and general tasks around the office. A great start for anyone looking to get into an administrative role within HR/Recruitment.

What will I be doing?

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR/Recruitment Department.
  • Ensure shared databases/employee records are kept up to date.
  • Be responsible for the group email inbox and deal with/re-direct any enquiries accordingly.
  • Be responsible for certain roles within the company.
  • Keeping in contact with Line Managers with regards to vacancies and their requirements.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of employee information is maintained in relation to new contracts.
  • Carry out filing, scanning and general organisational tasks for the team.

What are the requirements/qualifications?

  • Ideally the job holder will have some previous administration experience and must be able to pick things up quickly.
  • Ideally, you will have an IT bias and be confident in being able to use databases and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • You will be required to complete tasks to deadlines in a busy environment and have excellent organisational skills. 
  • Some experience of problem solving and dealing with internal and external customers helpfully and courteously would also be advantageous.
