As an Administrator in the Credit Support Department at SUEZ, you’ll be contributing to a recycling and resource management company that’s helping customers reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.

What will I be doing as a Credit Support Administrator?

  • Working as part of a busy supportive team in the finance and administrative hub of the company, we are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join the team.
  • This is a varied role including a number of administrative tasks - including data entry and communicating with customers and internal employees both verbally and in writing.
  • Contributing to the Credit Support Department, there is also the opportunity to set up New Business Accounts, credit and vet new accounts, along with a host of varied credit support tasks and functions.

*** THIS IS A 12 MONTH FTC - WORKING 30 HOURS A WEEK (MONDAY to FRIDAY) ***

*** Current incumbent works 9-3, but these hours can be flexible ***

What are the requirements? (experience & qualifications)

  • The successful candidate will have good IT skills, including Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Possess a high level of organisational skills.
  • Excellent customer services skills are essential, as well as being a team player and working from your own initiative.
