As a Customer Relations Executive at SUEZ, recycling and recovery UK, you’ll be contributing to an ever growing established recycling and recovery company that’s helping customers reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.

What will I be doing?

  • Your challenge will be to develop and grow our customer portfolio, making sure existing clients are happy, new clients come on board and net margin improvement is achieved.
  • You’ll report to a Customer Relations Manager and tackle several key tasks: building strong, trusting relationships with customers and maintaining good links with our operational partners.
  •  You would also focus on customer retention and managing churn levels.
  • We’ll also expect you to make sure any new customer is brought on board professionally, with new business implemented smoothly.

What are the requirements?

  • If you haven’t worked in the waste industry before, don’t worry.
  • We’re looking for a sharp, computer-literate person who can negotiate effectively and manage customers, drawing on strong communication skills.
  • If you’ve ticked all the boxes and know how to give customers a positive experience, we’d like to hear from you.
  • You must have a full current UK driving licence
