About the role

What will I be doing as an Administrator and Customer Services Coordinator?

  • We have a number of processing facilities across Cornwall, delivering a high quality service as part of the Cornwall PFI Contract.
  • As a highly organised professional, you’ll undertake general administration duties to support all of these sites, delivering a high quality and compliant service.
  • You’ll be dealing with the administration of a range of operational sites which means you’ll have a varied role involving contact with colleagues from across the business.
  • You will also be working on our customer helpdesk, taking calls from members of the public and sites staff.
  • You will manage and record these calls, ensuring incidents are resolved and closed out effectively. You will also manage the administration of reception area of the energy recovery centre as required, including meeting visitors and giving site inductions.

What are the requirements? (Experience and qualifications)

  • Ideally, you’ll have plenty of administrative experience covering a broad range of tasks.
  • You will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and present work to a very high standard.
  • You’ll be able to back this up with a good standard of general education.
  • You will be communicating with a wide range of people at all levels so excellent communication skills are essential.
  • You will also be flexible and able to work well as part of an existing team providing additional support within the team as required.
  • As there will be the need to travel between different sites and facilities, it will be essential to hold a full UK driving licence.
