About the role

Working in House for SUEZ will give you the opportunity to harness your creativity and resourcefulness to source talent for our two UK Business and support and develop the In-House recruitment team and function.

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our successful in-house team reporting into the Resourcing Manager.

As an experienced recruiter you'll have the ingenuity and determination required to source great talent, continually building a pipeline and developing a network suitable for employment within SUEZ in the UK.

As a people Manager you’ll be experienced in developing and motivating teams to support delivery of a comprehensive and cost-effective recruitment service across the organisation and SUEZ Water.

You’ll bring your industry experience to manage and audit all recruitment compliance activities including  IR35 and Visa processing and take the lead on process improvements within the function.

There's no cold calling external companies chasing for business or demanding sales targets, you'll get to spend the majority of your time working collaboratively with your internal customers to support their current and future end to end recruitment requirements.

Working in a flexible environment you'll be given all the resources and support required to make a great success of this role.

What are the requirements?

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of leading and developing successful recruitment teams
  • At least 3 years’ experience in recruitment either in house or consultancy 
  • Technical recruitment experience within Operations, Energy, manufacturing or production sectors.
  • IT recruitment experience
  • IR35 and Visa processing knowledge.
  • Experience of managing attendance at Apprenticeship and Graduate events nationally and all relevant job fairs for the sector.
