Here at SUEZ Water Purification Systems we are looking for a Service Manager to lead our Electro-Mechanical servicing team with repairs and re-commissioning of water treatment equipment in NHS and other key industries.

What will I be doing?
- Ensure personal and team compliance with all SUEZ Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies, and adhere to customer site rules and procedures (assuming the highest level compliance).
- Ensure team provide RAMS for all visits
- Design, develop and implement new Service scheduling software package centrally linked to MRP.
- Lead and manage back-office team activities to co-ordinate all field activities and field service engineers to undertake work efficiently and effectively, utilising measured KPI’s.
- Develop, implement, and sustain service standards and procedures.
- Maintain customer relationships and improve response times
- Manage contract proposal, negotiation, and renewal activity.
- Increase revenue and margin by judicial deployment of contracts, work activity and cost control.
- Resolve any service problems and customer concerns
- Conduct periodic appraisals of team members and identify and oversee areas for improvement
- Create and present regular reports to senior management
- Ensure team test and commission all work prior to leaving the work-site
- Train team to explain and demonstrate correct use of equipment
- Ensure team gain customer sign-off of work prior to leaving site, and report activity on tablet thoroughly and promptly
- Ensure team maintain spare parts car stock and up to date records of parts held/used, and tools are kept in good condition
- Seek and share learning and continuous improvement with team
- Actively participate in EQUIPMENT SERVICE and other SUEZ meetings
- Recruitment, development and integration of new and junior employees.
- Work with other stakeholders across other departments to improve overall company performance
What are the Requirements?
• Equipment Service experience in an appropriate ideally in a Electro-mechanical environment, in the water treatment sector with a minimum of 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
