- About the role

The Commissioning Team (Strong Start Team) supports the successful installation and commissioning of rental water treatment contracts across Europe. The aim of this role is to create a pipeline of highly trained personnel to feed the commissioning team as well as other Suez functions.
Role structure:
- The key day to day activity is to learn how to operate and commission the mobile water treatment units. This will be done by supporting the Production team at the Peterborough Service Centre.
- When appropriately trained the Graduate will be dispatched on customer facing commissioning opportunities.
- The Graduate would also provide several support functions such as:
- Assist the other Commissioning engineers with troubleshooting active equipment, parts dispatch and finding documentation
- Creation of site / equipment specific documents
- Work with the project managers and commissioning team in the preparation of projects when they are in the execution stage.
- Represent the commissioning team in the factory testing of new equipment types and carry out training for other team members
- Continual Improvement is a core value of the function and the Graduate will be expected to complete several projects through the year aimed and improving quality of service, efficiency and the customer experience
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification in a suitable Science, Engineering or technical discipline
- Full UK/European Driving licence.
- Ability to uphold the highest of safety standards.
- Willingness to travel both within and outside of home country.
- Fluent English.
Desired skills or abilities:
- Highly self motivated with a strong desire to learn
- Other European language skills would be an advantage
Travel Requirements
The role will involve travel (approx. 30%) within UK/Europe.
